Garden Day Camp

Three of CHEP’s favourite things are cooking, gardening and youth engagement, so we put our heads together and came up with a brilliant idea to combine them all! This summer, we are proud to introduce our very first GARDEN DAY CAMP for kids age 8-12.

Your child has the opportunity to join us for the week (Mon. July 29 – Fri. August 2 from 9:00am – 4:30pm daily) while we:

• spend time out in the fresh air learning the basics of gardening with our askîy team
• come into the kitchen and develop our cooking skills by working as a team to prepare our own lunches
• connect with the core neighbourhoods by volunteering at the Friendship Inn, learning to silk screen at Void Gallery, go swimming at Riversdale pool and so much more!

COST: $50/day*

*cost includes lunch and all supplies and activities

*subsidies available for low income families

*before and after care available for an additional charge
