CHEP Sprouts Day Camp

CHEP Sprouts Garden Day Camp, in the context of play and curiosity, will provide children and youth from the ages of 6-12 the opportunity to participate and in engage in outdoor, placed-based learning, which will empower connection and appreciation for the natural environment.

What to Expect

    • Gardening and land-based activities
    • Field trips and activities to learn about organizations within the surrounding neighbourhood
    • Employ creativity and choice in lunch and snack preparation
    • Walk to and from activities in the surrounding neighbourhood

Cost:

  • $50 per day
  • Includes lunches & supplies
  • Subsidies are available

When:

      • Week 1:
        • July 18th-22nd for ages 6-10
      • Week 2:
        • August 15th-19th for ages 8-12
