Infant Nutrition - Breastfeeding

Vitamin D

Health Canada recommends that all breastfed, healthy term infants in Canada receive a daily Vitamin D supplement of 400IU (10µg) from birth until 1 year of age or until the infant’s diet includes at least 400IU (10µg) of vitamin D from food sources.
