CHEP Research and Follow-up

In 2007, CHEP printed their research study "Exploring Infant Nutrition and Moving to Solutions".  This research examined:

• assessing the current situation regarding choices for infant nourishment in Saskatoon;
• understanding the challenges regarding access to infant nutrition;
• exploring the current use and effectiveness of programs and services related to infant nutrition in Saskatoon
• identifying what can be done to improve food security for all infants in Saskatoon.

CHEP is collaborating with parents, community organizations and health to provide better support for infant nutrition in Saskatoon and to advocate for public policy that ensures that all infants have access to good food.
